Yuanyuan is a Hip Hop dancer from China, currently living in Salt Lake City. Her dance journey began 15 years ago and she developed enormous passion for dance right away.

 After training with many dancers and being a dance teacher for several years in China, she came to the U.S. for graduate school. While attending school in LA, she trained with GRooVe under the direction of David Lim and Eileen Kim and also had a chance to take private lessons with Shotyme. In the summer of 2017, she attended Asia Camp in Thailand where she received training from world-renowned choreographers. After moving to Salt Lake City, She joined Boom Crew and trained under the direction of Jeffery Louizia Boom.  

Her performance and competition experiences include Prelude Urban Dance Competition, Red Bull Dance Salt Lake City, World of Dance USA and other local performances in China, Los Angeles and Salt Lake City.

With more than 10 years experience teaching Hip Hop, Choreography and Kpop to all ages, Yuanyuan always loves being a teacher. She is good at helping students see their potential and creates a welcoming classroom atmosphere.

A fun fact about Yuanyuan and Kpop is that she won a dance cover competition hosted by Kolon Sport in 2014 and was awarded a pair of shoes signed by Sehun from EXO, who represented the brand at that time.
