Diana’s journey with Pilates began after an MCL injury, where its rehabilitative power enabled her to rebuild the strength needed to return to dance. Alongside Pilates, Diana teaches yoga, blending mindful movement and breath to foster balance and inner calm. As a sound healer, Diana hosts immersive soundbath sessions, using soothing vibrations to promote deep relaxation and connection.
