LYRICAL

Lyrical blends elements of ballet, jazz, and contemporary. Focus is on storytelling, technique, and fluidity while cultivating emotional connection to the movement and music.

modern

This class explores freedom and creativity. Focus is on self-expression and body awareness. Incorporates elements of improvisation and emotion.

theater jazz

Theatrical dance style blending jazz technique with elements of musical theater performance. Focus is on expressive choreography and storytelling.

TAP

High-energy class that focuses on rhythm, coordination, and musicality. Tap shoes recommended but not required.

k-pop

High-energy choreography inspired by popular Korean pop artists. Focus is on sharp movements, building coordination, and performance style.

Focus is on core strength, posture, and flexibility. Movements are controlled, low-impact exercises done on a mat with emphasis on proper technique. Suitable for all fitness levels.
